Zumo 660 charging problems?

Hi,

I did a search before posting but nothing relevant came up. So here goes, has any one who has a zumo 660 experienced charging problems from the cradle? My zumo will charge from the wall socket but not from either the bike or car cradle. I find it hard to believe that both cradles have broken simultaneously. I have had the unit for two years so it is out of manufacturers warranty. If you have had problems how did you fix them or what did it cost to have them fixed and where from? I have done the checking fuses and polishing contacts etc. I am loathe to buy a new one as they are not (on my budget at least) cheap.

Please help.
